Mackinac

During August of 2021 I was Artist in Residence on Mackinac Island for three weeks! It was a very exciting, fun and productive time! Living in a studio apartment above their Visitor's Center, I was free to go where I pleased and work on art which was inspired by what I experienced there. You can still see what I posted during those days on my Facebook page. After initially biking the island for potential subjects and taking some photos, I worked hard to create my woodcuts within the time that I had.
