"Winter Woods"
As I made this print I thought of Robert Frost's poem, "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening." How does one capture the shape and texture of the forest when every shape and line in my block of wood needs to be unambiguously defined? To be sure, "the woods are lovely, dark and deep..."
